Type E villa is constituted of two Euclidean volumes.  The pitched roof volume combines with the rectangular one and articulates through the central stairs within the double volume entrance area.

   Upper terraces and balconies are studied to provide shade for the ground floor rooms.  These overhangs maintain comfort atmosphere during winter and summer.
