Each building consists of two identical duplexes, twelve are of type F and six are of type G. Both types differ only in size, and foster the same program: public zone along the ground floor and the private zone along the first floor.  Built area of Type F is 190 m2 and Type G is 230 m2.

   Each duplex is joined with the other by a double acoustic insulated wall. Yet, exposed to an open terrace with a landscaped area from the front and lateral sides, and directly linked to the vehicular road at entrance elevation.
